1. Service Description

Japan Recipes provides access to authentic Japanese recipes, including both free and premium content. Premium membership unlocks full recipe details, techniques, and exclusive content.

2. Subscription

Full premium access requires a paid membership. Monthly plan: $9.99 USD/month. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use recipe content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the content without written permission.

4. Content Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate recipes and cooking information. However, results may vary depending on ingredients, equipment, and technique. All cooking is done at the user’s own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

All recipe content, text, and images are the property of Japan Recipes unless otherwise noted. Unsplash photos are used under the Unsplash License.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Japan Recipes shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Japan.
